As we have our workshop and jeweller on our premises we are able to complete all repairs with a quick turn around. It is possible to have the same day collection service on basic repairs. (Depending on our work load) Due to our jeweller completing all of our services in house we would appreciate a time of 1 week for any collections but if this is inconvenient to you we would try our very best to complete the service with in a few days. We repair all jewellery items in all metals (except for costume ), we will happily explain what we would need to do to your item to return it to new, we can also quote you a price before you decide to go ahead. If for any reason you are at all unsure about what's going to happen to your item then Martin himself will also explain in more detail and reassure you.
