Our valuations come with individual photographs of each item and full detailed descriptions. Each description is like a recipe, it includes all the important components as if to create the exact item from scratch. Our valuations are recorded on a database which links your valuation to our shop, not your home address, this is for peace of mind that your data is protected .You will receive a full colour booklet including : pages containing item descriptions and numbered photographs, also explanations of key abbreviations, glossary of gemmological jewellery, silverware and horological terms, also information on : diamonds and how they are graded, types of cut and hallmarks. Items should be revalued from 3-5 years, as recomended by your insurance company.This means you would have a more accurate replacement value of your items . GOLD and particularly PLATINUM values can change enormously within this time.When you update with us you dont pay the same price as before, you only pay a percentage on the difference between the old and new values. We also carry out probate valuations. This service is not carried out in house.
